For more than a quarter of a century Robin and Linda have delighted audiences large and small with a blend of bluegrass, folk, old-time and acoustic country that truly merits the title of “American music.” They have appeared on The Grand Ole Opry, “Austin City Limits,” “Mountain Stage,” “Music City Tonight,” and “A Prairie Home Companion.”
Willard Gayheart and Bobby Patterson
Willard Gayheart has a background steeped in the county and western standards of the 1940s and 1950s. Willard is also a well-known local pencil artist. After several decades of collaboration, Gayheart and Patterson deliver a warm music with harmonies that embrace the listener, playing guitar, mandolin and banjo.
Evening concerts begin at 7 p.m. and end at 9 p.m. Concert seating starts at 5:30. Patrons are advised to bring lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas and flashlights. Picnics are permitted. Ticket prices vary for weekend concerts in the outdoor amphitheater. In case of inclement weather, concerts will be held indoors at the nearby Fairview Ruritan Club. Pets are not permitted in the amphitheater area. Alcohol is not permitted anywhere in the park. Concessions are available on site.
